Hell bunny Lacey dress
This print was a unicorn dress, and for a while, I was unable to get one. Previous to this purchase, I had this dress in a 2xl, (alas, it was so large, I just passed it on. )
This dress is a size xl in HB which is around a size 16. For reference, my waist is 35inches and bust 42 around everything. I managed to slip this dress over my head but had to lean forwards to get it over my chest.
The XL fits my waist but is slightly tight in the boobs, but not so much that they will be uncomfortable. The dress is made from 100%cotton so expect NO STRETCH. (I found this with my "over the head" pullover style.)
The print is so lovely, cute little blue and yellow birds with the soft pink background. So very summery. The cream sash is silky in feel, but I do struggle to keep it flat, but I am a clutz and probably will have to ask Heath to help me make it sit flat. I do not know how this lovely silky tie will stay tied, but we shall see!
The bust, on me, is tight across the bust. There are seams down the side of the bust, carrying on to the waistline where it meets the skirt. This design gives the dress a nipped in shape.
The neckline is a shallow V shape at the front, and a plunging back V. The back V is not so deep as to show your bra, but probably makes this dress not suitable for the office.
The dress is knee length on me (173cm body height).
