GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment - We want you to get your items fast so all payments/layby deposits must be received within 2 working days of sale. If you can't pay within 2 days then don't make a purchase until you can. We do not accect Money Orders or Checks. Failure to pay within this period will result in your order being rejected.

Postage - We have a few postage options depending on what you are buying. Please make sure you select a postage method that is relevant to your purchase. Failure to do so will result in a shipping delay.

Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only) after your payment has cleared. Your goods will be shipped from New South Wales Australia. Goods send by regular post normally take 7-10 working days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery in case of postal delays. Goods sent via express post normally take 1-5 working days depending on whether your address falls inside the Australia post " Next Business day Guarantee" zone, check the Australia post website for details. If you select an untracked postage method then you do so at your own risk.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee - We understand that buying clothes and shoes online can be tricky which is why all items purchased from us (unless otherwise stated) may be returned or exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in an unworn, unwashed, sellable condition with all tags and packaging intact, subject to the discretion of Kitty Deluxe. Layby items and Sale items are NOT returnable.

Any valid returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days (5 working days) of the goods receipt date as indicated on your item tracking record. After 5 working days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Any refunds will be granted a choice of store credit to the value of the item less the shipping cost or a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Any store credit is valid for 6 months from the original purchase date. We will not necessarily send a reminder about store credit expiry.

Any exchanges will incur additional return shipping fees. Instructions for making a return or an exchange is included with every shipment so please read this flyer for more information before sending an item back and please contact us BEFORE you return an item for any reason.
