Shipping Charges and Terms

Australia Post

Description of the service:

  • All deliveries trackable on www.austpost.com.au using the supplied tracking number unless specfied.
  • They deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
  • In the event that you are not home at the time of the delivery, goods may be left at your premises unattended.  If you do not want this to happen please select a signature on delivery option.
  • All satchel services offered include full compensation in the event of damage or loss of goods but we will need to follow the Australia Post procedures to claim the insurance.   We will need customer co-operation in this event. 
  • If you select signature on delivery the delivery driver cannot leave the parcel at your address without getting a signature.   If you are unavailable at the time of delivery your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.   You will need a photo ID when you collect your item.
  • Failure to collect the parcel from the Post Office within 10 days will result in the goods being returned to us and you forfeit your shipping fees
  • WARNING: Should you choose an option that does not have tracking then you forfeit the right to compensation in the event of goods going missing or are damaged.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard services typically 1 - 5 working days but can take up to 10 working days.
  • Express services typically take 1 working day within the "Next Business Day Delivery Network" which encompasses most major Australian capital cities and outlaying regions. Outside these areas 1 working day delivery is NOT guaranteed but usually is quicker than standard post services. See the Aussie Post website for more details.
