I'll just share my experience with these fun tights! I just HAD to have some.
I am 163cm tall 42" hip, 60cm thigh and 35" waist.
Have the 16 - 18 and found the fit perfect and comfortable,
I could probably could have sized down.
I normally wear a Hell Bunny L/XL and a size 14 in jeans.
