- Hell Bunny Angelique Mini Dress -
Today I popped the tags on the bright and beautiful Hell Bunny Angelique Mini.
I'm wearing a 4xl in this dress, which is a size up from my usual Hell Bunny 3xl. The fabric is cotton, and contains zero stretch. I've found the fit good and comfortable. The centre back zip is sturdy, there are darts in the bodice, and the waist seam has a lovely gather for a full-looking skirt.
I'm 5'2" and this dress sits just above my knees, so taller guys and gals should be aware that it's a tad shorter than some other Hell Bunny mini's.
The fabric is light, as it's 100% cotton, so it's perfect for humid Australian summers, but could easily transition with a cardigan and stockings for a bright pop of colour in cooler months. Because it's cotton, it does need an iron, but it was a quick job.
My favourite feature is the neckline, which is slightly off the shoulders, with a contrasting pink trim, and capped sleeves.
The print is darling, and is like wearing a slice of a beautiful spring day, with a sky blue background and border print overflowing with gorgeous florals, including tulips.
The only disappointment with the Angelique is the lack of pockets, which I have come to just expect from Hell Bunny because they usually do pockets so well.
