Banned Lone Traveller Dress by Yvonne Kirk

- Banned Lone Traveller Dress -

Lone Traveller Dress. Why is it called this? Anyway. Made by Banned, I erred on the side of caution and sized up as I am between sizes (Story of my life). I possibly could have gone for the XL really, but I like to fit my chest/bust, not my waist.

The 2xl fits well but, far too big for my waist. An easy fix here is a belt. On my body, this dress looks shapeless without a belt due to the dress not being fitted in this area. If you have a tummy, this dress will not cling to your belly but skim nicely down to the skirt area.

The sweetheart neckline sits beautifully, and the cap sleeves are generously roomy without being gapy. The dress is a cotton blend so lovely a cool in the summer heat but made of a more substantial fabric, so the skirt hangs correctly and not too flyaway. The main design is along the border, and Linda knows she can sell me anything with an owl on it. The dress itself is a deep navy colour and covered in stars.

The back neckline features a keyhole. I cannot remember the zip location as I could easily just pull the dress over my head.
