- Banned Freedom Dress -

The Banned Freedom Dress is just about the cutest print I've come across. It's whimsical and kitschy- basically everything you want from a novelty print.

I'm wearing a 3xl and found it very generous. I have a large bust, and there is still plenty of room in the bodice. The waist is on the loose side too, making it an incredibly comfortable dress, or you could add a cinch belt to nip in the waist. It's a little shorter than the average Banned dress, and comes to my knees- I'm 5'2" for reference.

The fabric is medium weight, with a bit of stretch. The sweetheart neckline is classic, and the high back is finished with a keyhole feature and fabric covered button.

The dress features a concealed side zip, but because the sizing is so generous, I just popped it over my head without using the zip. The armholes are generous, which is consistent with other Banned dresses I own, and the capped sleeves are sweet and flattering.

The Freedom Dress has front feature pockets, but they are merely decorative, and won't hold a smart phone. They're also awkward to put your hands into, I've discovered.

My favourite thing about the Banned Freedom Dress is definitely the print of party cats, balloons and confetti- perfect for birthday parties, or just to put a smile on your face. It's also very versatile to style, and there are quite a few accent colours that look great with it, but I personally love mustard.
