Do you have a physical store?

No sorry, we only sell online. We do not offer local pick up

Yes, but we prefer to contact you once we have all of the details of the product or purchase that you are enquiring about so send us an email and leave your contact number and we will call you back or return your email as soon as we have an answer.

I wish to buy an item of clothing but I am not sure which size to buy?

The measurements for each garment are detailed within the listings along with a fit guide. If you are unsure about what size to buy, please contact us with your measurements and we will do our best to suggest a size for you but this will not be a guarantee of fit if we do suggest a size. Please refer to our return/exchange policy.

 

Will your sizing be the same as other garments I have?

Unfortunately there is no standard size for clothing as measurements are not uniform across different manufacturers. We recommend you use the measurements provided within the listings to determine your size. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.

 

My size is out of stock - when will you be receiving more?

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock please send us a message containing the size and colour you require. We will advise when new stock is expected and add you to our waiting list. You will receive a message when the new stock is available for purchase.

We may even have what you are looking for in our eBay store

 

Shipping

Do you offer Express Post?

Yes. Express Post is available on all items shipped within Australia. Please select the express post options when you go through checkout.
We use Platinum express post satchels because they requires a signature on delivery. This is a bit more expensive that regular express post but it does mean you get your goodies securely.

 

Do you combine postage for multiple purchases?

Yes. The system should automatically combine your postage based on weight, if you think something is wrong please contact us.


My item was posted over a week ago and I still haven't received it?

Please contact your local post office as it is most likely awaiting collection. All Express, Registered and C&S Parcels must be signed for. If there is no one home at the delivery time, it will be taken it to your local post office for collection. Australia Post usually leave a card but don't always do so. You can also check the delivery status online using the tracking details that we send to the email address you register with us when your goodies are shipped.


How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the postage method selected and your location. Times shown in checkout are indicative only. For example, a regular parcel to Perth can take up to seven business days or two days via Express Post. If you wish to know how long your item will take to arrive, please contact us and advise your post code. If you require your item urgently, we recommend using Express Post.


Why do you send most items with tracking and signature?

We want to be confident that the item you purchase will be delivered. In order to achieve this, we recommend that items over $20 are sent via Fastway Couriers, Express, Registered Post or Australia Post Click and Send (C&S)Parcel.
Registered post is optional for items under $20. This costs $3.20 within Australia
We cannot be held liable for the loss of items that do not require a signature on delivery. Unsignatured items are sent at the buyers's own risk


How long will it be before my item ships?

Items will be posted within 24 hours of payment clearance however if payment clears before 12pm AEST (Sydney Time) Monday to Friday, we can send them the same day. If you pay for your purchase after 12pm, your item may not leave until the next business day. We will notify when we are away, please look for messages about shipping delays to avoid disappointment.


Can you ship to countries other than Australia?

Yes but we will provide you with a quote on postage before you commit to an order. We do it this way because international postage can be very expensive. Contact us at info@kittydeluxe.com.au and let us know what products you are interested in.


Do you offer local pick up? Where are you located? Can I pay cash on Pick Up?

No, we do not offer local pickup so we also don't offer cash on pick up.
Please note, we do not have a physical store for cutomers to visit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Deposit, Paypal and Credit Card via Paypal express checkout.
Paypal allows you to use a credit card to make your payment without logging into a Paypal account if you don't have one.
Paying via Paypal means that you are afforded all the security offered by the Paypal system including buyer protection and dispute resolution processes.


Can you please supply your bank deposit details?

Our bank details will be made available during the checkout process.
Please select 'Wire Transfer' as your payment method and our details will be made available to you.


How long do I have to pay for my item?

Payment is required immediately to secure your item.
Until your payment clears you cannot be guaranteed that the item is yours.
If you pay by Wire Transfer (bank deposit) your goods will be held for up to 4 days while your payment clears.
If you pay by Paypal echeque (a transfer between your bank account and Paypal) then we will await your payment to clear.
If a Wire Transfer does not clear in 4 days or an echeque payment fails, or is cancelled, then your order will be cancelled and the goods returned to sale.

 

 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We understand that buying online can be tricky and sometimes expectations are not met. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

We offer a no questions asked exchange policy or a refund provided as:

  • an exchange of item to the same value of the return or

  • a store credit valid for 6 months or

  • a cash refund with a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds and exchanges are subject to the items being returned to us for processing with 1 week (7 days) of you receiving them, if you want to make a return or exchange it's best not to delay with getting the item back in the post.

If the item/s has been:

  • worn (for more than trying on),

  • washed,

  • has the tags removed or is without the original garment bag,

  • is soiled with makeup or deodorant marks etc,

  • has pet hair on it,

  • smells (BO, Perfume, Smoke etc),

  • is not complete or

  • is in anyway not in the original condition,

the return will be rejected and sent back to you so please make sure your return is in it's original condition before sending it back.


I have received my item but it does not fit.
Can I please return it for a different size?

Yes, no problem at all. You will just need to pay for the postage both ways.
Please contact us ASAP to advise the size you require and we will put it aside for you.

  • If you don't want to pay any additional postage fees please include a pre-paid self addressed return postage satchel of the correct size so we can send the exchange back to you ASAP.

  • Alternately you can pay us to provide the extra satchel for you, it's likely that we are able to provide cheaper secure postage than is available to the general public.

  • We recommend sending your item back to us via Registered or Platinum Express Post to insure against loss.

  • Once posted, please advise us of the tracking number so we know it's on the way and the goods can be located.

We will process your return as soon as the item is received in acceptable condition. You will receive an e-mail advising that your item has been received and that your replacement has been sent.


I have received my item but it is not suitable. Can I return it for a refund?

Yes, no problem at all. Please contact us and advise you wish to return your item.

  • We recommend sending your item via Registered or Platinum Express Post to insure against loss.

  • Once posted, please advise us of the tracking number so we know it's on the way and the goods can be located.

We will process your return as soon as the item is received in an acceptable condition. You will receive an e-mail advising that your item has been received and that:

  • You that you have a store credit and when it expires or

  • That your refund has been made.

The store credit will be the value of the item excluding postage.
A cash refund will be to the value of the item excluding postage and less a 10% restocking fee.
If you paid by Wire Transfer (Bank deposit) originally please give us your bank account details so we can make a cash refund to your account.
If you don't specify a credit or cash refund we will assume you want a store credit.
We do not offer full cash refunds unless we have made a mistake.



I did not get what I ordered, what do I do?

It doesn't happen often but we do occassionally make mistakes. If we have sent you something other than what you ordered rest assured that we are going to fix up the problem at no cost to you. I received my goods but they are faulty. What do I do next?

It doesn't happen often but occassionally goods have flaws that we overlook. If we have sent you something that is damaged rest assured that we are going to fix up the problem at no cost to you. Contact us at info@kittydeluxe.com.au and let us know where we went wrong and we'll take it from there.

We will ask you to provide photos of the fault so if you could include them in your email we'll sort it out quicker.

If a button comes off when you try on the item then we do not condiser this a fault, it's pretty simple to sew it back on.

If an item becomes damaged after you've washed it, worn it or had it for longer than 7 days then we can't be held responsible. We have no control over the conditions our customers put the goods through and while we sell items that are fit for their intended purpose, we highlight that garments are not indestructable.

If an item splits or rips because it didn't really fit properly in the first place (that is it was worn too tight) then we are not at fault. Make sure you try on your item before the big night out or washing it and request an exchange if the fit is not right.

Make sure you follow the manufacturers instructions for washing to avoid excessive colour fade or shrinkage.
